Welcome to The Terrraces @Delhi. By booking our catering or event services through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

1. Service Overview
We provide catering services for private and corporate events, including but not limited to food preparation, delivery, on-site setup, service staff, buffet arrangements, and cleaning. Optional add-ons may include decoration, event coordination, furniture rentals, and entertainment services.

2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone and require submission of complete event details.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment (as mentioned in the booking policy) and you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
Final event details such as menu, guest count, and venue must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.

3. Menu & Customization
Menu selections must be finalized at least 10 days prior to the event. We try our best to accommodate special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, Jain, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are based on the selected menu, guest count, and additional services.
Final pricing will be communicated during confirmation. Any last-minute additions may incur extra charges.
Full payment must be made before the event unless otherwise agreed on in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, including venue access, power, water, and any permits or permissions required.
If the event runs beyond the agreed time, additional charges may apply for overtime, staff, or extended service.

6. Event Execution
We will arrive at the venue at the scheduled setup time and complete arrangements before the event start.
Any delays due to inaccessible venue or incorrect information provided by the client will not be our responsibility.

7. Food Safety & Leftovers
All food is prepared hygienically and delivered fresh for consumption within a safe timeframe.
We are not liable for any issues arising from consumption of leftovers or food not stored properly after the event.
We do not take back leftovers after service ends.

8. Damage & Liability
Any damages to our equipment, décor, or staff property during the event caused by guests or the client will be chargeable.
We will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss during the event, unless caused by proven negligence from our team.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or extreme weather.

10. Changes & Cancellations
Refer to our Booking Policy and Refund Policy for detailed terms on changing or cancelling your booking.
Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the event and are subject to availability.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi
