Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellations or changes. Our policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations by Client

  • More than 30 days prior to the event → 90% refund
  • Between 15 to 29 days prior to the event → 70% refund
  • Between 3 to 14 days prior to the event → 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days prior to the event → No refund (due to preparation and staffing commitments)

 

2. Cancellations by Us

  • In rare circumstances where we are required to cancel due to emergencies, extreme weather, or other unavoidable reasons, clients will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

 

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days and credited to the same account/card used for the original payment.

 

4. Non-Refundable Expenses
Any payments made to third parties on behalf of the client (e.g., venue reservations, décor, or custom arrangements) shall be non-refundable
