To ensure smooth service delivery, please take note of the following booking requirements:

1. Advance Notice

• Bookings should be made at least five (5) days in advance.
• For larger events (exceeding 50 guests), seven to ten (7–10) days notice is preferred.

2. Confirmation
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of booking details and the applicable advance payment, followed by written confirmation from our team.

3. Changes
Clients may request modifications to guest numbers, venue, or timings up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event. All such changes are subject to feasibility and availability.

4. Special Requests
Requests relating to dietary preferences, allergies, or customized services should be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.
